Sometimes we as humans need additional support with some of life’s challenges. You don’t have to do this alone.


  • $140 / 50 minutes | $165 / 90 minutes

    A space for you, and only you. Individual counselling is a great way to develop and strengthen skills, gain deeper awareness of self or work through concerns. Everyone experiences therapy differently. Your therapist’s role is to provide space, listen and walk with you through this journey. You are the driver of your sessions. Some may prefer a more direct and structured approach (and that’s ok). Please discuss your needs and hopes for therapy with your therapist.

  • $140 / 50 min | $165 / 90 min

    Family Counselling. Focuses on the whole family as a unit. Sessions may involve discussing ways to improve relationships, work through challenges, navigate transitions and much more.

    Caregiver Support Counselling. Are you experiencing burnout, intense amount of exhaustion and little to no satisfaction? Maybe even compassion fatigue? Through supportive counselling, you may use the space to learn strategies, talk it out and feel supported.
